Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a security deposit is required for each reservation. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damage is found in the cottage.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

More than 7 days before the start of the stay: full refund of the booking deposit.Less than 7 days before the start of the stay: 75% refund of the booking deposit.Credit card processing fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

No, we do not offer boat rentals due to the regulations and permits required for navigation. However, we do provide kayaks, which do not require a boating license and are perfect for exploring the lake in complete freedom.It is mandatory to comply with the regulations in force: Wearing a life jacket at all times Mandatory presence of a safety kit on board the boatBe sure to follow these rules for a safe and enjoyable experience on the water!

A cleaning service is included before your arrival and after your departure.However, we ask that guests respect the cottage rules, such as leaving the space clean and taking out the trash before leaving.

Arrival is at 4 p.m. and departure is at 11 a.m.However, if the chalet is ready earlier, we inform our guests in advance so that they can enjoy it earlier.
