General Regulations

🔹 Minimum age requirement: 25 years old to book a reservation.

🔹 No pets allowed: To maintain hygiene and prevent allergies, pets are not permitted in our chalets.

🔹 No subletting: Subleasing or reselling rental nights is strictly prohibited.

🔹 Fireworks: Strictly prohibited at all times.

🔹 Smoking and cannabis:

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the chalets.

  • If smoking outside, please use designated ashtrays and dispose of waste responsibly.

🔹 Parking:

  • Only park in designated areas.

  • Street parking is not allowed.

🔹 Respect for neighbors:

  • Please respect the tranquility of the area.

  • Do not trespass on neighboring properties.

🔹 Guest capacity:

  • Only the guests registered in the booking are allowed to stay in the chalet.

🔹 Kayaks (if available):

  • For guest use only.

  • Must be returned to their designated storage area after use.

  • Life jackets are mandatory.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

🔹 Outdoor consumption:

  • Plastic cups and containers are recommended.

  • Glass containers are not allowed outside.

🔹 BBQ:

  • Please clean the BBQ after use with the provided brush.

  • Turn off the gas valve after use.

🔹 Outdoor fires:

  • Allowed only in designated fire pits and prohibited during drought warnings.

  • Never leave a fire unattended and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving.

🔹 Outdoor sauna (if available):

  • Included in your stay.

  • Follow the instructions before use.

🔹 Guest liability:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.

  • Any lost revenue due to repairs will be charged to the guest.

🔹 Speed limit:

  • 15 km/h in the neighborhood.

🔹 Parties and gatherings:

  • Strictly prohibited in our chalets.

🔹 Cleanliness:

  • Keep the chalet clean during your stay.

  • Wash and store dishes before departure.

  • Place used towels in the designated bin.

  • Do not move furniture to prevent floor damage.

🔹 Outdoor maintenance:

  • Lawn care or snow removal may take place during your stay.

Basic supplies are provided at the beginning of your stay, but ongoing replenishment is not guaranteed.
