• Arrival: The cottage will be accessible from 4:00 PM on the first day. An access code will be provided before your arrival. If you have not received it, please contact us by phone, email, messenger, or SMS.

• Departure: Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the last day. Additional fees of $45 per hour may apply for late check-outs. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure if there is no damage to the property or supplies

 

The minimum age required for renting our cottages is 25 years old.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking cigarettes, cannabis, or vaping inside the cottage is strictly prohibited. Please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly if you smoke outside.
• Do not park vehicles on the street.
• Under no circumstances should you trespass on neighbors' property.
• Only individuals listed on your reservation are allowed in the cottage.
• Kayaks are available for your use. Please return them to their designated place after use.
• The use of kayaks requires wearing a life jacket, and you must use the provided safety equipment set.
• Parental supervision is required for children using kayaks.
• For outdoor beverages, please use plastic cups or cans. Glass bottles or containers are not allowed.
• If you use the BBQ, clean it after use with the provided brush. Ensure to close the gas valve after use.
• Outdoor fires are permitted in designated areas unless there is a drought advisory. Never leave a fire unattended and ensure it is completely extinguished when finished.
• The outdoor sauna is included in your package. Please follow the instructions below before use.
• Please note that guests will be held financially responsible for any damages to the property. Additionally, in case of damages requiring repairs leading to cancellations, guests will be responsible for any loss of income during the repair period.
• The speed limit in the neighborhood is 15 km/h.
• Parties are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Please ensure that the cottage remains as clean as possible. Wash and store the dishes, and place used towels in the provided bin. Do not move the furniture, as it may scratch the floor.
• Lawn maintenance or snow removal may be carried out during your stay.
